Vulkan are fully available that's enough.
It's a little more hard to find full OpenGL, but who cares, Vulkan is better.
Less devs on Mali...it results about 6 months difference. Today, most emulators run well on Mediatek's (sometime you have to get it outside playstore)...including Yuzu and Skyline on most games

Thats poor or no support for windows, switch, and vita emulation depending on the game. Even if developers worked more on mediatek as it got popular it still lacks the bcn hardware feature im the gpu.

Dimensity 9000 series for tables are preety good, mostly made by OPPO/OnePlus or vivo/iQOO Pad series. And then Samsung tried to put Dimensity 9300+ for their Galaxy Tab S10 series. It is a great move though.

MiniLaptop = Wifi Version, 512gb - 2Tb, Midranger - Flagship Processor
Tablet = 5GSim GPS, 512gb - 2Tb, Midranger - Flagship Processor, + Comprehensive Camera, A5/B5 size
Gaming Tablet = Flaship Processor, 512gb,
University Student = B5, A4, B4, A3 Size
1 spec cant fit the whole market.
1 size cannot fit all.
different people have different budget and demand.

And lol at supporting the company that caused Android makers to abandon features they used to have bavk in yhe days.

Okay??? It's not like you can run MacOS apps on it. Put A18 chip on it and you won't notice any differences.
