I always believe in huawei. I dun rely on google and currently now i already own 4 products from huawei. To me i feel more freedom when i dun have google in my phone. For performance, it is much more smoother then any of the rest of the phones i use before. It cant compare to iphone regardless of security as i admit that iphone security had done its best. But huawei is improving in that too.

They can focus on updating the International version of the Pura series. Still none of the advertised AI features. Otherwise, excellent cameras. The macro mode is just wow! The top mic of my Pura 70 ultra crackles now though after only one encounter with a waterfall. My old P20 pro, P30 pro, and mate 40 pro are still good.

Nice means the new Kirin chip is likely the 5nm one however due to production issue and likely will not be a global release for the Mate 70 and others just wait for the Pura 80 then.

I agree that calling it 1.5k is confusing but it isn't at all lower than 1080p or close to 720p. there are many Xiaomi and Opportunity phones that have released with 1.5k displays if you need proof.

1.5k is below 1080p and similar to 720p. Not sure why people keep saying 1.5k for resolutions that have absolutely nothing to do with 1.5k.

Curious to see what Huawei willl deliver in performance gain. The current Kirin 9010 is on par with the Dimensity 8200.

Considering this is Huawei, as long as they're still selling their phones in their home country, they won't die. Should be noted that Huawei is a kind of "social status" there, similar to Apple on the rest of the world.
