Stock Android simply refers to the non-customized UI used by Android Open Source Project, streamlined to work seamlessly on any Android phone.
Nokia is currently the only brand to feature Stock Android UI today, as all Chinese brands feature a customized, brand-exclusive skin on their phones.

I'm pretty sure you haven't experienced FunTouch OS, have you?

But you can customize Hello UI to look like stock Android, though.

I still like their Edge and razr phones tho, there's something like the old moto charm in it, but the rest is just okay, good value for money still

There's a reason why they're in my favorite phones list.
If you like older Motorola phones, there were the Droid series of phones, that were durable. Those phones will never be replaced by Lenovo and their mismanagement.

For instance, these phones wouldn't survive construction workers, farmers, bus drivers and others who work in an environment where one can get their phone damaged easily.

Even today they make really good phones which are value for money

Had just few google apps and Moto app on my Motorola edge 40 pro when run for the first time. All i used, downloaded or transfered from my previous device were mine apps i use from time to time.
But no dual apps like in Samsung or Xiaomi phones where you ahve your google chrome inside the phone along with Samsung Internet or MIU internet plus 30+ apps working the same for example google calendar or calculator compared to samsung and xiaomi calendar or calculator. Alll comes preinstaled with your phone. Like i said useless bloatware.

Combine that with a terrible software support schedule, and you get this hot mess. It's high time they should improve on this, or we all should vote from our beloved wallet. Simple dimple.
