I've never this crap on an iPhone, why would I use it on a browser. Besides it's useless in India anyways.

I wish Apple Maps was better in India. With Carplay, I loved the integration with Apple Maps and Apple Watch. Every time there was a turn coming up, the Watch's haptic feedback would alert me. Unfortunately, Apple Maps just isn't accurate. Google Maps didn't have the integration with the Watch through Carplay at least. Otherwise I don't have any complaints with Google Maps.

TBH Google cant identify properly a quicker route. Apple maps does it better. Maybe featurewise Apple maps may be behind Gmaps, but who cares, we just need the destination route right?

I don't know anybody with iPhone who uses Apple Maps. All use Google Maps.
I doubt anyone with Android phone will install Apple Maps. Not in large numbers anyway. So, probably that is the reason Apple will not put it on Play Store.
