almost a half of voters aren't interested in buying, the rest are not guaranteed to buy, or are not into HMD altogether
That doesn't look so good, and hmd scoring a hit with this model seems like a bit far fetched opinion

I guess they were only focussed on short term profits, than long-term brand building through better products

Clearly there are better mid-rangers out there, this is either a paid article or you don't know how to read the graphs

I was one of them. There was so much potential and they messed it all up. A couple of decent midrangers and the rest was rubbish. I don't see the company suddenly making smart decisions and succeeding, especially without the Nokia branding.

Expect them to sell 150 units including ones they ship for reviews.

People buying this phone won't game on it or editing videos, it's more like a fashion accessory and even then the processor is more than enough for day-to-day tasks. But yeah, the price is a bit high.

HMD won't last for long. Their sales has mostly came from selling Nokia branded products so far, and even then it's a failing strategy, as buyers are shifting towards better specs than logo and brand value these days
And this HMD phone does not have brand value, nor good specs for the price. Recipe for flop

I just noticed the weight. 210 grams is ridiculously heavy for a 6.55" phone. The Gorilla Glass 3 and 4,600mAh battery aren't impressive, either.

Just because old phone have small screen with square display, so lumia design, at glance, look square coz old display dont support fullscreen.

This will be just another flop in the role of failures for the Home of Mediocre Devices.
The Nokia brand was the only thing selling their phones and even that wasn't selling them many 'cause poeple could see the devices for what they really were: lazy, cheap, rebranded Chinese ODM trash.
Their own brand is worthless. No one knows it and the ones who do, know it doesn't stand for anything good.
Trying to use old Nokia designs on phones where it doesn't work (the N9 design was made for normally sized phones, not for these oversized phablets), will do nothing for them.

Wait, who said they'd buy this phone without knowing the price first? These kind of low-end phones are always only popular if the price is low so how come so many people said they'd buy the phone without knowing the price?
