    They changed their strategy and now tries to optimize as much as possible.

      At least it's not getting reduced. And hopefully the next generation of chipset will be even more efficient so the 5000mAh battery will still be plenty good.

          When comes to most boring brands in world Samsung phones, Apple phones and Google phones leads the market.

            Disappointment means having a higher expectations

            At this point who is expecting Samsung to do something meaningfully different

            And I'm sorry anyone that had better expectations for Samsung are delusional

              Time to invest in R&D on battery, improving battery performance and longevity. It's a long overdue. 6000mah battery should be standard by now.

                The Iphone 15 Pro has a 3700 mah battery, where was the gloom and doom over that? Oh, that's right, Apple had some clever software optimization to get more from a smaller battery. Is it possible Samsung could try the same? GSM users: buT lEsS tHaN 5000 mAh in 2024?

                  Again 5000mah? after all these years, why not 5100, 5200...5300? not possible? c'mon man...we stuck in this forever?

Since 8 Series Phones are battery hungry, 5000mAh is not enough. You get 120Hz+High Performance+LPDDR5X RAM which chunks up. Even 8 Gen 3 on OnePlus 12 didn't provide good battery life having 5500mAh. Think 🤔💬

                          A Samsung of the S line? Disappointing potential customers? But this is nothing new, Samsung is already becoming an Apple when it comes to lack of innovation and repeating the formula.

                            It's disappointing. At least increase it to 5500mAh. Even $300 phones provide 5500mAh battery these days. It should be standard now but sadly, Samsung Says "We Stand By Our Own Standards. We Provide 7 Years of Updates that Others Don't. That's Why, We stick to 5000mAh Battery & 45W Charging" I thought S25 Ultra will get 65W Charging as it has been hot topic since 2.5 Years since the leak was there.

                              People really have so much of expections
                              5000 mah is sufficient
                              6000 maye be desired
                              But not compulsory
                              Efficiency should matter
                              People really become greedy with time

                                      UI poorly made is why so many xiaomi phones with 5000 or more have endurance of 3500mAh
