Android won't be able to utilize how ios 7 looks, because it will need to cater to lower powered hand phones as well. Ios is not burdened as much by such fragmentation.

Agreed. This OS has peaked and not much will be added in the future. Google seems to be satisfied with Jelly Bean and Key Lime Pie will more than likely just be cosmetic changes with the UI. Maybe slicker transition animations and effects.
