If you cant carry 250 grams maybe its a good time to visit some gym and spend few hours a week for training.
Even a tiny little kids can lift 2-5 kilos of weight.

I have samsung m51 which was released 3-4 years back .it has 7000 mah battery with plastic back and the weight is about 230 gm. i think xiaomi is doing good job.

There's no need to buy a new phone for 5-8 years. I myself am using the budget Redmi phone from 2017. Still decent enough for calling, texting, web browsing, streaming videos, listening to music and playing light games.

Example, 3nm chip can run PS5 game and may lead many Android developer to make AAA PS5-like game, 5G will become standard and more power hungry, some phone-maker may move to 200mp standard module or 4K become standard in recording, etc. So, 5000 mAh today same as 2500 mAh yesterday with 3-5 time charging. Not change.
