Whoever wrote this need to be fired, the source say they found another model with **exynos 1330** not exynos 1380 also using the picture of geekbench which was for the 6300 model.
All you had to do was read the article and paraphrase and people here cant even do that

Ironically a16 with exynos1380 avail on usa/canada/china. Then a16 with d6300 avail worldwide. Then a26 will equipped with dimensity7300. A56 surely equipped with exynos1580. A36 will equip with exynos 1480 or use dimensity1300.

Anonymous, 09 Aug 2024The A25 used the Exynos 1280, so this phone getting the Exy... moreFirst, A26 will be no more. As there were zero tests nor even leaks showing It's continuation.

Second, Exynos 1580 is going to be as powerful as an Exynos 2100/2200 that's level to a SD888 5G or Tensor G3, which other than the G3, are all from 2-3 years ago. So it makes sense that Samsung is trying to implement a more powerful chipset. It's no stranger for a phone manufacturer to do stuff like this for their yet to be released phones to test the stability.

Third, this is only a speculation. The 2+6 config is no where near the 1380 but near that to the Dimensity 1080/7020 or Exynos 1280. But 1280 is already too outdated, dating back to almost 3 years ago with the A53 already. But thinking about it, maybe Samsung is testing a successor to the 1330, like a 1430.

                              I saw the pics:
                              - Is clearly Exynos 1280. The clock speed confirms that.
                              - So yeah, Exynos 1280 and Dimensity 6300 for regions

                              - Also Exynos 1380 will go to A26
                              - Then Exynos 1480 goes to A36
And Exynos 1580 goes to A56. Last one is Exynos 2100 tier.

The A25 used the Exynos 1280, so this phone getting the Exynos 1380 seems unlikely.

However why on earth is Samsung doing this? We were here with the A14 5G, with the Exynos 1330 handily beating the Dimensity 700, plus it's an Exynos chip they already have tons of, so using the Dimensity 6300 makes no sense, since they have none of those. The Dimensity 7300 makes more sense, to compete with the CMF Phone (1).

It has only 2 A78 cores, it's gonna be either Exynos 1280 or 1330, both have better CPU and GPU that the Dimensity 6300 anyways

If they can provide 1380 in recently launched m35 5g at 200$ then y not in a16 5g, a16 5g will launch in December 2024 that time 1380 will be 2 yrs older processor so this processor will be justified in a16 5g
