What a shame Huawei don't have Google. Their stuff is good and innovative, but without Google it's a bit cumbersome to use. Some may disagree but that's my view

If LG is still in the smartphone market today, they would've done the same with the rollable screen. Unlike foldable screens with fixed screen size and aspect ratio, rollable screens allow you to have multiple screen size and aspect ratio configurations within the same screen. If you want to seamlessly go beyond a square-ish foldable screen size to a more common tablet screen size, it's more than possible with a rollable screen. LG got the right idea all along.

The tri-fold will have an even larger display than a regular fold when fully unfolded. I guess you can unfold just the first 2 panels to resemble a regular fold as well.
