Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra might be called S26 Note, S26+ could be S26 Pro

The former would emphasize the presence of the S Pen, the latter would make Samsung jump on a trend.

Adding "Note" is better, I had been thinking about this since a long time. If there is a phone that is most deserving of this moniker, it's a samsung smartphone with an S-Pen.

'with that price tag not attaching the "Pro" moniker to it would be insane"

Well not attaching the Pro cameras and attaching the Pro moniker at this price point is even crazier.

If it is true, why doesn't it start with the S25 series? Does renaming the series have to wait for two years?

It's good when sites like this can do Samsung's market research for them.

          Do you mean S25?

Just S26 !!!I fed upd of this names as "PRO" ,"ULTRA" , "XL" and so on!Maybe they will invent next time "Luxury edition" !Not worth this names!

The source says S25.... So S25, S25 Pro and S25 Note (with Pro probably getting design that leaked other day / there should also be a smaller Pro so they should go S25 Pro and S25 Pro+).... The S25 Note should have the current S24 Ultra design (s-pen slot).... The possible reason for Pro and Note is for them too be priced equally and Ultra implies its higher end...

Better Bring Back S Series & Note Series Devices in H1 & H2 of a year rather than doing this cuz it was very famous & people go crazy for it still today. Only the point is you need Penta Rear Camera System Like S20 Ultra, not Triple, not Quad & it's very needed cuz Cameras are becoming very good today due to improvements in Camera Technology & Sensors, Chips & AI. People who buy S Series will not be disappointed not who buy Note Series will not be. But Ultra devices need to be powered by Snapdragon SoCs rather than Dimensity or Exynos Chips. Your Thoughts 💬💭??!

                  S26 Pro+, S26 Pro Max, S26 Pro XL

No need because Pro implies that there are nerfed models like the base iPhone 15 and Pixel 9.
                    That's not the case here.
All S series are Pro series.

They should called s26 Note Ultra for Higher variant and s26 Note for lite or lower variant.

S26, S26 Pro and S26 Note. Sounds fair

Plus or Pro? Both are great for me.

the ultra literally is rebranded note series
it's funny to see how Sammy boy has to go back to that branding again 🤣 the name ultra never made sense
not with phones or watches or laptops

                                P R O

What's the point in bringing back the Note name? Just do regular, Pro, and Ultra. But beyond that, make sure the Plus/Pro also matches the Ultra's camera.

                                    ~ Galaxy Note

imo it should be S26, S26 Pro, S26 Ultra

There is nothing ultra about Samsung highest tier flagship smartphone so this makes sense to me
