R Lau, 22 Jul 2013Action speaks louder than words. I hope Samsung is sincere ... moreI fear you're sorely mistaken. Android (and, in this case, TouchWiz) is at a point where the majority of users (ie. NOT tech enthusiasts) simply don't care. That's why the S3 and S4 have been such major hits, even with pretty poor update frequency.

Action speaks louder than words. I hope Samsung is sincere in providing upgrade of its Android for Note 1 throughout the world.
If not, I m afraid it may be another Nokia. Great downfall in no time. Remember, customers are not fools. They control the market and the survivor of a company

the original note already got j... moreI doubted the sincerity in providing the upgrade of Android by Samsung. Why cant Samsung provide a universal version for upgrading its Android like the iOS. Is it against the copyright?
Until now, there is still no official upgrading of Android to Jellybean for Note 1 in Malaysia ( told by Samsung service centres on 18 July 2013 ).
I think most Asian countries are waiting impatiently for the upgrading. Very soon Samsung may be losing its support if nothing is done

the original note already got j... moreIt is a tedious n unsecured method according to your recommended site
Why cant Samsung let all Note1 owners around the world be able to upgrade automatically? It is rather unfriendly.
I do hope Samsung can still remember Asian Note 1 buyers

My galaxy Note 1 can only be upgraded to d latest Android 4.0.4. What a miserable offer by Samsung. It is really unbelievable when it announced Android in Note 1 can be upgraded to Android Jellybean in Note 2 quite some time ago. WHAT HAD HAPPENED. Has it been hijacked ?
