Hi all note 2 users mail for update to samsung ceo office.
i have sended a mail to ceo office and i got this.

Hello, what they do mean by GN2 4G? Does this mean that the GN2 N7100 will have 4.2.2 and the GN2 N7105 will have 4.3.3?

Samsung just can't provide upgrade accordingly and not just empty promises.
I sincerely hope Samsung will do a better job. Actions speak louder than words

What about Samsung Galaxy S3 mini?
I want also an update for my/in our phone.
4.2 is good
but 4.3 is better.

Please specific the different versions of Android like Jellybean, icecream & .....
Samsung has been able to produce so many models of smartphones. However when it comes to upgrading the Android, it is often NOT available. It doesn't seem to keep its promises to provide good upgrading service. It is ONLY good in selling

I was eagerly waiting for Android 4.2.2 update...but it will skip to the 4.3 update. .I hope I will get the update before September or else bye bye samsung. .will buy Lg nexus 4.which will get android 4.3 next week. .

Well thats good news yet the other devices on 4.1 wont get the skip i think Samsung tested a few and there were bugs so to be safe lets work with the 4.2

iOS7 updates for a bunch of the older iphones with LESS functionality than the flagship iphone AND makes the old phones slow as crap.
