Second the architecture you quote is completely wrong
The 7S Gen 3 WILL BE 4+4 Cortex A720 and Cortex A520 (as I stated source removed)
The 7S Gen 2 was
4x 2.4 GHz – Cortex-A78 and 4x 1.95 GHz – Cortex-A55
All phones with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 (Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 current flagship) all Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 phone have a superior SOC than all Google Pixel 9 yeah

1 prime core @2.5GHz + 3 performance cores @ 2.4GHz + 4 efficient cores @ 1.8GHz .
No mention if these coreas are A78/55 or A720/715/710/510
BT5.4, usb c3.1, Lpddr5 , 1080p@144Hz , wifi 6e ,

It'll be interesting to see if it's underclocked 7 Gen 3 or 7+ Gen 2/3 or overclocked 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition with 715 GPU or entirely new 🆕 . I expect it to be underclocked 7 Gen 3 which should perform equal to 865 unlike 7 Gen 3 which performs equal to 870.

Hanif Fikri, 20 Aug 2024don't need this just reuse sd 7+ gen 2True.. It's just gimmick naming scheme. Just only few mobiles using SD 7+ Gen 2. This SoC should be cheaper and still fast. Prefer this over SD 7 Gen 3.

Hey gsmarena, would you please consider making a regularly updated article about SoC(s) and their ranking with each other so it's easier for people to just refer to it? It's getting out of hand nowadays with everyone's naming scheme. Thanks a bunch.
