Nikojas, 26 Aug 2024Needing to take it off at the gym doesn’t seem like a well ... moreRings in general should be removed when going to the gym. Any decent gym trainer will tell you that, also every jeweler.
Various safety and hygiene reasons for it, and it also avoids potentially damaging the ring.
So giving the same advice for a smart ring makes total sense.

Five days of battery endurance is still not bad, especially given its tiny size. I can see myself getting this over the Galaxy Watch for smart fitness, although the next-gen Galaxy Ring 2 should have integrated GPS for better accuracy and, hopefully, better repairability.

My Fit3 frequently recorded I've done 100+ steps during the half hour drive. Even while walking, it recorded way more steps than possible for such short distances.

I'll wait for galaxy ring 2 hopefully that will one allow the wearer to control others and dominate their wills.

              Why this thing exists?

Waited 18 months for this, ordered on day 1 in July, So wore the ring for just over a week, heart rate and sleep were very accurate, I wore an Apple watch 9 and Galaxy watch 6 for 4 days to test all the features ! Ring was returned and I was lucky to get a full refund ! Steps !!!! 4 times on a 4 hour bus journey and the ring racked up over 2000 steps every time and I was sitting looking out of a window ! Lot to be done yet with the sensors, might wait for the 2nd gen when they likely add NFC, no good for me !

Needing to take it off at the gym doesn’t seem like a well thought out plan, mkbhd had the same issue! Why would you want to remove it while working out?? Also how does the snoring monitor know it’s you snoring and not your partner or dog?!

a sammy product? it'll get 10/10 despite what they write in the whole article, just look at the last paragraph and ignore everything else they wrote...

The King., 26 Aug 2024Of course. And sell it for 4999.The rumor has it that this advanced Samsung ring originates from ancient ruins and is made of high-quality, legendary orichalcum. As a result, the starting bid price is $4999.

Again an example of useless consumers e-waste. Buy, use, throw away. Such things should be forbidden.
