Outside of the ring (which like 3 other companies have already done) Samsung haven't innovated or brought something new to the market in years. They used to be pioneers with curved screens, camera tech, and foldables, and now they're complacent.

I saw a Z Fold5 and tried it in a normally lit (kinda dim compared to let's say a restaurant) and it still looked pretty bad. A notch is better than at least Samsung UD camera.

I am facing problems with S23 ULTRA. It's charging has stopped and it's screen doesn't turn on. Phone was being used very safely and carefully still it happened. I think there is some technical glitches with samsung phone and Samsung should fix these issues before releasing their phone in market. I talked to my friend and he is also facing the same problem. I have noticed that Vivo, Micromax etc. are much reliable than Samsung phones.

hope Samsung focus more on improvement on hardware and sensors of the camera as others had done. If they could do it, they would be unbeatable. Selling phones with astronomical prices does not compute if the would be offering the same thing.

jiyen235, 29 Aug 2024do you think it can be done in an under the screen kind of ... moreI honestly have no clue for sure, but if it's done as an under-display solution, due to the way metalenses work, it will be much much MUCH more accurate than a normal under-display facial recognition solution. Metalenses, by their very nature, let in all light and then redirect it in however way they wish, so they should be able to block out light sources from the display's LEDs while capturing in much more light from outside.

But what they want is to provide the least amount of value for the highest amount of price. They're testing out how much they can get away with. The sales of the S24 Ultra even with its higher price is a testament to Samsung's marketing team. They're all super toxic but if consumers gaslight themselves into liking it, why would you care as a business? You'll just take advantage of them further. No one is to blame for this other than Samsung fanboys who eat it up.

Went from a Huawei P20 Lite to a Galaxy S23
What a huge difference..
But all galaxy line looks the same now.. Gen after Gen.
Prices are just hiking...
I wonder how much things will evolve until S27 or S28.
I wonder if it's still gonna a be worth over 850 euros for the vanilla S28..

Look the upper/bottom bezel and right/left bezel. If this image is true, S25U wont have symetrical bezel again.

I am not gonna buy again any Samsung copy paste with the same design for years!Only the price is changing every year,going up,not the real upgrades!I am happy with my Honor Magic 6 Pro,better battery,fast charging,Silicon Carbon that Samsung fans are still dreaming ...in one day!I have been a Samsung fan too till I realized I am buying only for the brand,but nothing else!Btw 7 years of uodate I dont need as I am not gonna keep the phone more than 3 -4 years or after 2-3 years of life the battery will last much less than before!
