Haidy, 29 Aug 2024Samsung won't suppprt DV.yes because Scamsung is cheap and wants to push its dumb HDR10+ which nearly no one uses and thinks they can compete with DV which is the industry standard. They don't pay huge film to implement HDR10+ but somehow think it should be the standard/be a real reason to get their TVs/ phones. It's not. Why can't they follow in Panasonic's footsteps? Provide all the hdr standards. I just can't with Scamsung anymore.

Azu10157, 29 Aug 2024Exactly! S21U only Ultra that feels great in hand and looks... moreit's cus of the width/aspect ratio of the screen. Manufacturers make huge phones now but forget that huge phones that are wide af aren't comfy at all.

I am using rog phone 7 which weight about 250 gr without issue. I'd rather have bigger battery and fast charging rather than thin phone.

Still no solid state battery, or graphite, or any others tech that do age "well", have lot of battery recharge cycles and not prone to burning you. some chinese phone started solid state battery. Samsung working on graphene... battery for a long time... Are they waiting on apple to then propose it........

Samsung always get the basics wrong, most ultra users do not have a problem with the weight but Cameras & Battery life and would gladly trade designs and weight for Extra Battery Life. The same 5000Mah has been on the fone since S21Ultra, seriously it should have a minimum 5500Mah to be an ultra now, even budget Samsung fones get 6000Mah as most Ultra competitors, so why does the s25Ultra still have the same battery after 5 years of the same, typical Samsung never listens to what the customer wants. Most ultra users wants max battery with the cameras, not some minor designs and reduce a little weight here and there cosmetically! Bring back a 6000Mah and 50MP 10X Optical zoom if Samsung wants to be the king of the op end Ultra fones, otherwise Im just keeping my S24 Ultras, so sick of the minor iterations, Samsung is just copycat of Apple to try and milk the customer year after year they would claimed is the the Best Iphone to date.... by a TINY bit lol.

The square edges are a bit uncomfortable to hold but I'd argue that's what gives it the “ultra” feel. If not, it will feel like just another Vivo or Xiaomi or any other OEM that only knows how to buy components and assemble phones.

Guessing it here first. Since the "leaksters" seems to have failed to classify the Fold SE, I predict this phone isn't the Ultra, and this also being the reason they're reverting to the Note name for the Ultra. This slim phone will actually be the Slim model. Maybe Samsung will really poke fun at the thin skinned Apple camp and call it S25 Air?
