          Anonymous, 02 Sep 2024Oops. 7S gen 2 rebranded. 🙂If its same price as 6 gen 1 then why not? It's time for Quad A78 to drop price, this and D7300 are welcome changes in lowend.

            This SoC should be in the base series like Redmi Note 14, Realme 14 etc

            For Pro it should be Snapdragon 7 series.

                                Why can't Qualcomm just give us real upgrades for the 6 series, not just rebrands and minor improvements

                                  This is the same chip as 6 gen 1 or 7s gen 2, with clock speeds between the two.

                                  The only new/exciting mid-range chip launched by Qualcomm this year has been 7s Gen 3. Everything else is just rehash of the old chips.
