Qualcomm silently introduces Snapdragon 6 Gen 3

The chipset is just like the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 but with underpowered efficiency cores.

At this point, I won't even be surprised to see Sony keep using the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC for next year's Mk7 Xperia 10. There's no point looking at 7s Gen 2 or 6 Gen 3 since they're all identical. No wonder why MediaTek keeps on slaying Qualcomm in the midrange sector.

I doubt this will have the improved 4nm LPP+ node, it will probably be 4nm LPE which still sucks and gets beaten even by TSMC's 6nm.

          Can you please write an article about current Snapdragon and Mediatek processor lineups, it does not seem confusing like it was before, "plus" designation is an upgrade, "s" designation is a downgrade, but still, I think we need a sort of overview.

              It uses two imx888 ( 52mp 1/1.35" 🔁 48mp 1/1.43") at 16mm ( option to shoot at 24mm) and 35mm ( option to shoot at 70mm).

              It has been few months rumor of bringing back XZ design.

                  Wait, so the 6 Gen 3 is a rebranded 7s Gen 2 is a rebranded 6 Gen 1? There is no difference between the 6 Gen 1 and Gen 3 other than the clockspeed... Why does this even exist?

                    they keep introducing them and yet, barely anyone is using them, apart from vivo who is using them in overpriced phones.

                      Qualcomm and mediatek keep fooling people.
                      But some here are surely angry while forgive those dimensity with cores 75/76 because they think mediatek is chinese.
