Sergio Luiz, 05 Sep 2024Impressive growth from Huawei, especially with such strong ... moreNo. Look at the numbers. Huawei shipped 8.9 million devices in total. 6 Mio in china. That's about 67% of total devices were sold in China. 33% or 2.9 Mio outside Chinese market.

Xiaomi has a total shipment of 5.9 million. 2.9 Mio in china. that's about 49% devices were sold in China and 51% or 3.1 Mio outside China on global market.

And if you compare q2 2023 with 2024 you'll see that Xiaomi sold 500.000 less devices in china but total shipment increased by .9 million.
So Xiaomi lost customers in their home market to Huawei but gained popularity outside China. Huawei is dependant on its home market. Xiaomi is more Flexible.

Impressive growth from Huawei, especially with such strong demand in China! It’s interesting to see how they’re challenging Apple and Xiaomi globally. Do you think Huawei can keep this momentum outside of China?

        For good reason!
My GT3 Pro functions perfectly, looks great, holds a charge for 2 weeks and is essentially indestructible (titanium and sapphire).
At its current price, nothing else in the market even comes close.

Is this because of the Watch Fit 3, which is cheaper than a certain other identical rival?
