Poor Samsung trying hard to recapture their Chinese market where they sit at bottom of sales position after years of being complacent and hardly any major improvements for 3 years. serves them right for ignoring what buyers like myself had to endure.
They need to up their game significantly for ZF7 or its game over.
Bigger battery, S-pen silo built-in and better cameras to keep up with Magic v3, Pixel Folds & Oneplus Open 2 (TBR).
Good luck Sammy, it is do or die now.

Wesker, 06 Sep 2024So Samsung is finally willing to innovate on its Fold line.... moreIf you've been following the market share, it does make sense. Samsung's shares dropped severely in China. They are trying to give it a necessary lifeline. Things aren't as bad elsewhere and I think this is a design preview of the Z7 or Z8.
Honor outsold Samsung in Q1 and Q2 of 2024, but those are V2's which have been discounted by $500 Euros so people are taking advantage. But, there is no evidence Honor sold more V2's than Z5's. They've only closed the gap and Samsung's strongest sales comes in Q3 and Q4.
Early reports are Z6 sales aren't looking great at all, but it's still September and we don't know how well the V3 and Pixel will sell.

Omer, 06 Sep 2024Huh? Samsung is Korean, and Korea has a great relationship ... moreIt's a numbers game. China is a market of 1418 million people, against 331 million in the US.
Then in the US apple competition is fierce and most probably this device will not find a lot of users. Chinese market, being such a larger market, even though local producer may have similar products and a good share of the market, could have a better response for the product.

Now 5 years still more bigger than any mobile olso after all people buying lost alot of money for fold 6 very expensive then do like that honer is the best good bye samsung me I will never again buying this company again not respect the customers and when u try to sell it not get it the money

Mabe I'm a bit square but shouldn't the folded be 4.9+4.9 = 9.8? Those numbers dont add up?

Good , 06 Sep 2024Why would the USA expect other countries to send them &quo... moreHuh? Samsung is Korean, and Korea has a great relationship with the US. More importantly, though: the US is an incredibly important market. I'm not sure why Samsung makes it unavailable in the US, Europe etc., but it's most certainly not because it hates the US or something like that.
