Shame that Samsung still cannot beat Honor in their Folds. I've switched a few months back and am not regretting it one small bit

Just me, 06 Sep 2024Samsung have S pen. The best pen implementation in any phon... morethey're not "a bit" thicker, they're a LOT thicker for far inferior hardware. Honor also has a stylus implementation, might not be better than Samsung's but there's the possibility and unless Samsung can make the S Pen integrated, it's not a huge selling point like for the S Ultra.

Vivo's X Fold3 is thinner and lighter with a side mounted fingerprint scanner and similar camera specs and the X Fold3 Pro has 2 Ultrasonic in display scanners, larger battery and a camera system that's easily better than Samsung's base S and S+ phones, and apart from a super telephoto, on par with the S Ultra, at a thinner and lighter body than the Z Fold6. It's interesting to me that Samsung's "Innovation" is still behind their competitor's base models.
How do they even think they're gonna compete against Chinese giants like Huawei? Especially at the higher price, it makes 0 sense to sell it at such a high price, unless you're Apple or Huawei.

Wesker, 06 Sep 2024So Samsung is finally willing to innovate on its Fold line.... morehuge amounts of profit for Samsung to sell the Z Fold 6 at 2k then to sell this for 2.4k, this has had more R&D done.
The global people are cash cows, they're getting milked dry for each dollar. Samsung is innovating in China cus competition is fierce there and giving it to SK people cus yk it's their own country, SK people have pride in their products like Hyundai/KIA being used by presidents afaik. Besides, global people don't really care about innovations, they gaslight themselves into thinking the Z Fold6 is the best phone of all time and other phones just suck.

.alpha, 06 Sep 2024Samsung only steps up the game when there are competitions ... moreThe N. America's ans western European countries demand inner most technology and stability in the hardware and software throughout the lifespan of their technology products.
Thus why these are thr biggest global markets for high end devices, ans why the Chinese competition still falls behind on. When you have multiple people from various cultures and walks of life using your products.then you have a vast poop of feedback that just isn't afraid to speak their mind nor reprimanded for it. Thus your software and hardware improve synergistically.
Get it? Good. Now apply.

Anonymous, 06 Sep 2024"special edition" yet they can't be bothered... moreYou're the 🤡.
The release dates coincide with thr manufacturing and R& D expenses spanned out over the year as a much lighter blow to the bottom line. This means that the stick proce nor investors value isn't heavily impacted over the course of a year, while allowing the design language flirish until all models match.
Considering this is close to their hardware end of year, thsi is a halo device on hints to come as someone a few short posts earlier intuitively ans intelligently stated accurately.
The beginning of thr new product design language begins in the first 2 months of the next calendar year starting with the Galaxy S trio the S25, S25+ & S25 Ultra. Then followed by a few mid Rangers, then the next Z series and of course all the low-mid and low end models for the rest of the year.
This has been Samsungs bread ans butter staple for years now if you've not notice you must be blind or just unaware.
