I like the last feature the most : connecting to satellite for texting in the absence of Wifi or cellular coverage.

They do love superlative, they can't compare on a specific Android Phone cause otherwise they would be subject to get sue for false advertising ; And you cannot compare the two either as they do not run the same oS ! (performance wise: if they were running the same operating system or allowed emulation, this would be fun to watch )
But in practice, productivity

There are things better in the iPhone, "but that is not game changing"
All the button should have been capacitive.. there were leaks for that matter.
They had some hiccup like under display touch ID and removal of fingersprint scanner could put it on the power button but nope too hard that as well. Nor under display
The novelties is a leaked "capacitive button that they worked on it since at least 2-3 years"
Apple copy and when then they release themselve something : it becomes ground breaking : can't wait for 8k and folding iPhone in 2027.( expected date)

For works related reason I do have a iPhone, Nevertheless it's bad.

You still can't to this day truly personalize your phone. Even with more open appstore they still decide for yourself what you can do with your phone.
You gonna see Apple fanatic quickly change their iphone last generation for the new button:D... You cannot live without it !
Where they could improve upon they refuse to :
Solid state battery exist, graphene battery, & so on ! it's the "best to have a battery that losing charge and autonomy and can ignite ! and takes a long time to charge as well !
With heavy heat "and the lack of global warming" drop your iphone on the ground and put in your jean or bag for maximum effect!
This the best
All those compagnies who keep giving us Lithium, lipo battery should go under !

I think Apple did well enough this year by providing some upgrades without raising prices, especially the small-sized Pro... Which IMO is the best iPhone to get right now.

-Reverse wireless charging
-fast charging
-Innovative designs
-Better image processing instead of this messy dark and contrasty shots
-Better Multitasking and split screen
-Sideloading apps
-Customizable os
-An actual useful input method-keypad. This is straight ^sssss. Try editing a word or deleting one in the middle of a sentence 🫠.
Even the basic stuff like cutting and posting a story on social media takes significant effort. Try and share multiple pictures.. you can’t tap and hold to immediately make the selection.. no, not the easiest way, but the apple dumb way.
Jesus Christ! This is literally the worst OS and device I have used in my entire life. Can’t wait to put this thing in trash and go back to Android.
There’s nothing unique about iPhones. Everything it does can be done in a different flagship. iPhones can’t do what others do. IF You like it this way is okay. But let’s not pretend it is objectively better, innovative or more feature packed than top of the line androids, because that’s simply not true.

Hardly any excitement. Apple lags behind every innovation. S24 Ultra is way ahead. I still use iPhone 14 pro max but my second phone is now S24 Ultra which could become vice versa. Had not been to any Android phones since the last decade and happened all because of the below incidence. Apple has a new way of generating revenue. Service income. Get an update and get the green screen free which Apple refuses to acknowledge is its own fault (sadly, and has lost my respect). The Apple service centre would charge a bomb nearly 1/4th of the cost of the phone for screen replacement, which a local repairer would set right in a fraction of what Apple charges.

Basically way faster charging (don't have to use it but its handy if you need it), reverse wireless charging, multi tasking PIP, point and shoot camera quality photos, lag free shutter on cameras and depending on which company they've all got individual things unique to them. Basically much more exciting than the same rinse repeat year on year since the 13 series from Apple.
For the record we've got every new Pro Max since 13 and now 15 currently, and switching to 16 Pro Max soon. Suits my wife better as shes locked into their ecosystem so i just continue getting it for her. She's asked to switch to Android but no point since she doesn't need it for the same reasons i do. Just a simple phone for simple tasks and that's what the majority of iPhone users use them for....... Great year on year to upgrade if need be as they lose minimal value as opposed to Android competition.....

Any "innovation" may only be experimental, if you wanna be safe and lasting, boring ones will set you back for the longest

At 2x zoom and at 10x zoom, Google doesn't even offer 4k video. It is just upscaled Full HD footage (even less than Full HD, when video stabilization is turned on) due to analog binning. Google doesn't even offer 4k video at 5x because the Pixel 9 Pro only has a 110mm equivalent camera, but 5*24mm=120mm.

I'm pretty sure OnePlus' 8K videos are just an upscaled version of 4K, though.
