They copied the apple wallpapers too. These chinese companies are cut from the same cloth. Copy the iPhone UI, the whole design, the wallpaper, no replaceable battery, no headphone jack, no microSD card, etc. What a waste of human creativity.

Of all the things to copy, they copied that useless dynamic island from Apple. At least Huawei didn't blatantly copy it like others, they just added a contextual pill that appears on the status bar if needed, no camera gimmicks

Dynamic Island only exists on iOS because Apple needed another reason for the large cutout at the top of the display to exist other than to take detailed 3D images of your face, but this isn't really needed with a punch hole camera since the whole reason it's supposed to exist isn't there anymore. It takes up way too much space for just about no reason and absolutely can't be reached with one hand.

Well, the camera control isn't that hard to implement. Just have to link the side capacitive fingerprint reader to the software that controls the camera. The annoying part is Android flagships already have under-display fingerprint readers and now they may also have a side-fingerprint scanner masquerading as camera control. The Dynamic Island is also annoying and not that useful, and copying it is about the same as copying Apple's no headphone jack and no charger in the box. Thanks Apple for your inspirations.
