That being said even most cheap laptops at 300€+ come with 8 GB nowadays, while Apple laptops at 1500€ starting cost still have 8 GB of RAM.. Even if MacOS is fine with less RAM overall, Apple cheaping out on things like RAM which is dirt cheap for them shows how little they care about selling a good product. They'd rather have people throw it out after a few years than giving them future-proof specs, even 12 GB baseline would be totally fine if they want to still get people to spend extra for more RAM and storage space.

Most People Complain Samsung is too big in 6'8, now im waiting their complain on iphone 6'9.
Iphone advertising x5 zoom that their previous model already have is kinda weird
And im totally hard pass on this.
a company that telling you their battery is up to 33hours of battery without telling your their battery capacity. it looks like they are hiding something.
we all know that every company samsung, iphone or other, their UP TO Hours is sometimes Far from Reality.
And additional NO, why they wont put Touch ID so User can either Pick 1 of their security or Both. Removing Helmet just to do Quick reply on your phone in the middle of heavy traffic is kinda annoying.

Linux is even better imho.

Btw I use a Samsung now... But overall the IPhones with 60hz refresh rating like 12 13 or 14 are good enough and smooth. And I just imagine the 16 how will it be...

Some of what you say afterwards seems to be for the non-pro iPhone 16. If I've understood you correctly, it seems that certain points have been resolved on the Pro models. But obviously, it's not the same price.
You also mention 5 years of updates. For your information, the iPhone has much more than that. E.G. my iPhone 8 Plus purchased since its release, 8 years so, has had every iOS update until last year when it couldn't upgrade to iOS17. But it has continued to be followed by iOS16 updates just as frequently.
Finally, you talk about waiting for this or that model or brand. That's fine, everyone chooses what they want, but this way you can wait just as long. What interests you in the models you'd prefer to wait for now may be superseded by the announcement of one or more future new models, which themselves will be superseded before they're released... In short, you can wait your whole life :))

Nah I found peace with my Galaxy S23+ and I'm not gonna change it never! I used a 13 pro before... I mean Samsung now is the best phone so not need to change. Even the OS is smoothly soo...

I just get my girlfriend's old phone, so it'll be the iPhone 14 Pro Max for me next. I just really do not care about phones at this point, they all do the same things.

none of the above - for all of them. it's the price and what apple represents that puts me off. i detest walled gardens (stalinist regimes). i loathe that ridiculous 'island' that totally ruins the screen. then there is the slower than snail like movement towards properly decent cmos' for the cameras. they have never made an actually nice looking phone and have never provided real proper high end hardware for the price, they want to dictate what they think you should be able to install or use [no real proper nfc/bluetooth access let alone removeable storage access [internal on a pc/mac not sd]] so i never see any reason to bother.
