I'm with ... moreYour comments about the battery are wrong: for example, Realme has already certified batteries with double the charge cycles of the iPhone by supporting 150W charging speed. When I see what Oppo and Vivo will release in 1 month, the iPhone 16 is of no interest. Oppo/Vivo will have a faster SoC, good battery life, a very bright screen outdoors, good photo sensors, a real x3 telephoto lens (x6 without loss) that the iPhone 16 does not have, real fast charging and up to at least 5 years of updates. Oppo seems more interesting to me thanks to the equivalent of Live Photo integrated and Airdrop compatible with iOS/Android

None, I've never owned a single Apple device and I will continue to do so.
The Apple walled garden and the iOS storage/permission models are so horribly wrong I refuse to have a device that I cannot fully utilize.

Upgrading from iphone 13 128 mini to iphone 16 256.
Iphone 16 is not worth upgrade from 15, i m using iphone 13 mini 128 GB so upgrading to 16 is the best option as the cost for 15 is still around same.

Hell no. This years models are genuine e-waste, even less feature proof than previous models, with upgrades that don't matter enough to get them over previous models. 8 GB of RAM even in the Pro models meant for local AI is a bad joke and the non-Pro models are still not worth that amount of money. It's time for Apple to suffer the consequences of their greed, Intel got what they deserved, too. My S23U has 8 GB RAM and that is only my fault, because I got the cheapest version. My phone is soon 2 years old and the predecessor has 12 GB baseline now and even that is low compared to other companies offerings. 8 GB is not enough anymore now, let alone in the future, it's stupid they stick to it when OEM prices are so low that it barely raises production cost. When even my colleague that usually upgrades each year because he can skips it, you know Apple fucked up royally

No, i'm done with shady practice of apple, either way the all the 16 series do not worth to be buyed questioning the 17th too. if the leaks pipeline are right not worth to upgrade until 18th or 19th. thinking of selling my 15th and going for S25 ultra and not touching apple for 3 generation

Small phones are uselles but i can understand few bored peope having big phones.
Glad companies ditched tiny devices long time ago.

Anything smaller is completely useless for use due to a fact you cant cram big specs into such tiny phone.

The iPhone 16 is out, so the iPhone 15 is bound to drop price. At this point, the iPhone 14 will see a major price cut, bringing the iPhone 13 to rock bottom price. The iPhone 12 will be dirt cheap.
This is the perfect time for me to get the iPhone 11😏

Before i chnaged to android, I had every iPhone since iPhone 3GS. The iPhone X was stunning, and after that one I bought the iPhone 12 pro, then 13 pro max. Some .models I bought both the regular and plus version. So I'm not anti apple,.far from it. But I switched to Android and the s23 ultra. For me to come back to Apple, it will need to 1. Be innovative. It can't be the same thing as the phone I left (iPhone 13 pro max). I'm not spending all that money for a few mins battery (although 13PM was excellent) or a new type of glass (they all break very similar). 2 must be a new design. It looks the same. They take no risks anymore and they don't have the latest tech anymore. A very simple UI and limited OS would be much easier to keep smooth.. so where's the hardware. No HD audio despite selling the most expensive headphones. No latest Bluetooth. Less ram. I'm tired of maximum $$$ but lowest specs.
And I'm not sure apple cars or needs to care. What I'm suggesting would chip into apples 1000% profit margins.. but I would love soemthing that blows us away lile the X did.

Yes, I'll get a 16 without any worries. I'm with an 8 Plus which has given me 8 years of loyal service. It still works perfectly, has no slowdowns, is in perfect condition and still has a good battery (without having been replaced since the original) After 8 years, it's time to upgrade to a newer version, which will also last me several years. As I like large screens for various reasons, it probably won't be a non Pro model ;)
I should point out that I'm not a gamer. I don't give a damn about games, except for Chess, Go... and occasionally stuff like Monument Valley for example.
Speaking of the battery, fast charging is stupid. It should be avoided if possible. You need a "gentle" charge, without stressing the battery. And preferably, avoid using the device while charging. Also, avoid charging the battery to 100%, and try to keep it between 50 and 80% (in particular, never leave your device charging overnight).

Im getting the desert titanium pro max, only upgrade due to the very good trade in deals worth almost $1000 otherwise I would simply skip this model all together, noting overly exciting or of any worth, the macro shots may be considerably better with improved sensor and resolution, but other then that its more copy and paste stuff from apple.
