So I think they should get hurt even more.

And as you say, the wonderful Marketing and Sales machines will make sure that we all will feel the need to buy whatever they have to sell. Consume till you drop. Long live capitalism and please don't speak about ecology and sustainability. Those are dirty words for marketeers and sales boys & girls.

Anti-competition practices are never the best thing. Look at what happened to blu-rays and how streaming services can take away your fav media at any point.

atichko, 16 Sep 2024Was about to say the same. Nothing new, business as usual.normies always have this idea that businesses look out for them, they don't understand business one bit. Businesses were CREATED to leech off of people, whether they like it or not, if there's no demand they'll MAKE IT, look at TWS headphones and the removal of the headphone jack for example.

Like, just tell me, which you would say is more badass, an article that just says that there's a case against those big dogs or one which also states that huge amount of pages as well?

The way I see it it's robbers envy

Online wants all the profits to themselves

But offline/locals also steal with massive mark ups in my country offline stores are selling 2g phones to gullible buyers even tho that network has shut down

It's just evil anyway you take it

It's the same way with car mechanics they love to overcharge and make up things they are repairing to take money from people

If you live in countries where physical stores have Xiaomis and Redmi but also serve local warranty for online-only(China) Pocos, the one who wants to buy a Poco that outperforms the locally available high end Redmi Note is screwed.

Physical resellers also prey on clueless Poco fans by selling them Pocos with $100 or more markups.

Review sites/companies also give priority to brands they make more money off reviewing. Everything is about the bottom line for companies whether the brands themselves or the retailers or reviewers.

techknow, 16 Sep 2024ecomm with deep pockets are trying to decimate competition ... moreSmall vendors are no angels. Some brick and mortar stores outrageously cheat unsuspecting customers by overcharging them.
Also what motorola does online, vivo does with physical stores.

All these brands pay a lot of money to these flipkart and amazon for the advertising so whats there to wonder that these are advertised more ? Like the competition with other brands that dont have money and dont have brand recognition to spend on advertising so much.

If feels like they want equity competition over equality. As equity means that give chance to people or brands who dont work hard to achieve it on their own to reach to the top

ecomm with deep pockets are trying to decimate competition and rob millions of local livelihood. But as a consumer who cares as long as they get the latest ones first!
Wait a few years, AZ and FK are going to dictate terms to both brands and consumers.
