The thinner bezel is useful as long as it has a purely flat display.

I don't need a smartphone with even thinner edges that is even thinner and therefore barely usable! I want a smartphone that is durable for at least 4 - 5 days of use with a battery of at least 7000mAh, it can also be 9-10mm thick.
I also want a battery that is easy to replace (through a flap) and can be opened with a screwdriver if necessary. I want a microSD card slot!
I want a long-lasting smartphone with 10 years of software support and security updates that won't give up the ghost after 2-3 years and force me to buy a new one.
Can the shitty developers and designers finally develop devices again that are useful for the buyer who spends a lot of money on them and are not just useful for the company's profit and destructive for the environment!!!!

Anonymous, 18 Sep 2024All of those you mention have trash osthey have the best user interfaces that, globally, most people use day to day. Apple and Google objectively have the most feature-less, boring, and childish UIs in smartphone history. Samsung is better because it's customizable and can be innovative at times but nothing beats the fan favorites and best of all time: Huawei, Honor, Xiaomi, Oppo, and Vivo.

It's 2028 & bezels in Samsung & Apple are lessened to 4mm 👀👀 I wonder how it'll compete with pop-up phones & In-display/Under Display Camera phones
