My private phone is S24U and my job phone is Xiaomi 13T pro and i like the Xiaomi much more. Its fast in most ways. Don't have any problems with both phones btw.

          In Europe Samsung is the top dog. In countries like Romania they make for 45 ish percent of the total smartphone market, first by far.
          In Europe in general samsung is 1st place, and xiaomi is far down as market share.
          Xiaomi still has to work untill they get noticed by the american government in order to get sanctioned the same way as Huawei was.

            What if Xiaomi had deals with telecomnetworks like apple has?
            What if Xiaomi had stores like Apple has?
            What if we exclude Bussiness buys (that are probably 70+% Apple) and only see what regular people buy?

            I think you would be suprised by just how Xiaomi underrated is
            Given the same conditions it would not even be close
            Same against Samsung

              The argument of if Apple sell cheaper device Apple will sell more is the same as if the mermaid coffee sell cheaper coffe, it will sell more, people will drink more coffee.

                Expected. if you release a phone with less changes,
                Then after you release iphone 16, some Leaked appear in iphone 17 with much smaller SOC, from 3nm to 2nm. more user will probably hold their device and wait for iphone 17 to upgrade.

It doesn't matter if its a budget or premium phone that gets sold. Although people like to point out that Apple sells the most premium phones but Apple only sells premium phones so the point is irrelevant. If someone wants an iPhone, they must buy pay the price for a premium phone whether they are afford to or not.
