Apple's big phone is finally big enough for the Galaxy Ultra.

I'm glad they increased screen size. That was most important - visibility, for this model. And for ppl that want smaller, you can always go a size down. Now next task is to remove that big pill cameras out off the screen lol

            There is stuff enough to add even if i16pm was better than 15pm

              "We love the new button for its ability to open the camera app from anywhere, but we will need some time to get used to it"

              This just doesn't make much sense to me, this is a tech savvy site and the reviewers should be very experienced with buttons with similar functionality in the history of smartphones

              I am not buying that this thing has a significant learning curve

                    Gorilla armor both sides
                    4K@120 all rear cameras ( instead of only main)

                          Azu10157, 6 hours agoIt's amusing GSMA calls new camera control button &quo... moreMost of the Lumia lineup had a camera button with 2 stage shutter on it. First level was autofocus and 2nd was take a picture. Hold it if you want to start recording a video.

                          Volume was used for zoom.

                          Apple's implementation looks a little bit like the Edge Sense 2 of the HTC U12+.

                                Azu10157, 6 hours agoIt's amusing GSMA calls new camera control button &quo... moreYes, Sony has had a camera button on their phones for like 12+ years now and it's been a thing on other Androids before - but those were literally just a camera 'button'. Opens camera app, takes photo, that's it, really.

                                Apple's button is more like a touchpad, that's where the actual 'innovation' lies - though ironically I think Asus has done something like that before too with ZenTouch, though that was integrated into the power key and just scrolled the screen IIRC.

                                  It's amusing GSMA calls new camera control button "innovative"... Uh, Sony has had this on their phones for a while I'm pretty sure. And phones of old used to have this too.
