That's why 14T is exactly the same as Redmi Note Pro build. WTF Xiaomi and Leica branding?? Then why removing Xiaomi Lite series while still using plastic frame?

I thought Xiaomi branding are focusing on upper mid (T series) and flagship (with fold and flip). All Xiaomi lineup has Leica branding and premium build. But why 14T frame is plastic? Only 14T Pro is metal. So stupid on branding positioning. Leica is consider as premium segment that's why they remove Lite series.

Deniz, 21 hours agoI still see a lot of ads on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Max1. You can use a private DNS to somehow lessen the number of ads in your Android device.
I add "dns.adguard.com" in my DNS setting
2. In aps ads can be turned off. If you want to do it faster, I use an app called
"MIUI Ads Helper from here

to easily turn off aps within xiaomi's built in aps..
3. I disable or uninstall apps that I don't use.

Uses revanced YouTube as alternative to YouTube
And innertune
As an alternative to YouTube music..

In Germany the 14T announcement is scheduled for 14:00.. So we will know the EU price in 5 hours.
On the ads topic - even following the guides it's a hit and miss, depending on device and country. Debloating only works until next update... Speaking about Europe at least, both eastern and western countries are affected.
Put hyperox bugs and battery drain on top and Xiaomi becomes really a bad option. At least here. My 2 cents, YMMV

Unfortunately, the 13t is already sold without a charger in Japan.
The redmi for some regions does not ship with a charger as well.
xiaomi, like other manufacturers, will probably stop bundling chargers in the future.
I hope they adjust the price for not including the charger.

All these people complaining about ads in Xiaomi devices are just people with skill issue. You're spending time in GSMArena reading posts and making comments, so you have the time to clear all ads in Xiaomi devices. All the information is available online, it's 2024.
I'm using Xiaomi 13T and I can't see a single ad from GSMArena, from Xiaomi's built in apps, from the YT link, & debloated all useless apps in it.

All Xiaomi lineup especially already marketing as Leica partnership, should use premium build (metal chasis n frame). Plastic frame should only use on Redmi and Poco lineup to differentiate the class of products.
Why does 14T Pro use metal but the vanila use plastic? Redmi Note Pro series also use glass back and metal frame. So weird..

It may be the Sony imx906 (used on the k70 ultra) rather than omnivision. The pro though should use the light fusion 900 and that is an omnivision sensor (basically it's a rebranded OV50h). Not sure where you got your sensor information from but it is definitely not correct

I never saw an ad
Once I got the phone disabled the Recommendation option
And never saw an ad again
Honestly I don't know if u left it enabled what will happen, but obviously I never bothered to try.
