Samsung Galaxy A56 benchmark results reveal Exynos 1580's faster CPU and new RDNA GPU

"Faster" as in clock speed, anyway, we don't actually know what the CPU cores are used in the new chipset. But we do know that it will have a next-gen GPU.

            The Exynos 1580 is rumoured. It may indeed may ONLY use the two cortices as you have described.

            So yes ATM I may indeed be wrong in part, but in my defense why pick on me?
            No seriously I doubt that this is a real benchmark

            Debating issues that can't be proven, but hey Kudos my friend for correcting my assumption THREE cortices.

Gaming is gpu heavy task, unless you benchmarks them whi... moreThe E1480, the SD 7 plus gen 3, the SD 7 gen 1, etc. are chips that are a combination of CPU and GPU, I don't judge them only on the CPU side. They're judged in their entirety, so games are the best apps to judge their performance.
                              Besides, CPU and GPU work together, that's why if on PCs you run games on a combination of a strong GPU and a weak CPU, you'll get poor performance. The CPU cannot perform its calculations at the same rate as the GPU performs its calculations.
                              The fact that there're games that the E1480 can also run at 60 fps doesn't mean much, these're undemanding games. Ganshin Impact is used to compare performance between chips because it's a demanding game that weak chips cannot run well.
                              GadgetByte is an old phone review channel and it's trustworthy. They tested the phones thoroughly on the same games, at the same settings.

                                Kangal, 14 hours agoTrue, that is what I meant but wrote incorrectly. 2021: X1... moreSamsung never released an Exynos with X3+A715 (E2200 used X2+A710 and E2400 uses X4+A720). It would not make a lot of sense to employ cores based on a different architecture for the first time in a mid-range chipset.

                                And as I mentioned earlier, X3 is a very powerful core, and a 2.9 Ghz X3 core would score around 1800. Even a 2.9 Ghz X2 core would score close to 1600.

                                And as OP mentioned, part number '3457' also indicates an A720 core.
