Samsung Galaxy A56 benchmark results reveal Exynos 1580's faster CPU and new RDNA GPU

"Faster" as in clock speed, anyway, we don't actually know what the CPU cores are used in the new chipset. But we do know that it will have a next-gen GPU.

    still exynos so nope

      It could definitely be an A715/A720, at least for the prime core. That would be great. By benchmarks alone, in CPU side, so far it is ahead of the Dimensity 8200, and beats Tensor G2 in multicore while being slightly below in single core.

                  it most likely be 2x slower than Snapdragon 8 Elite
                  for 2025 benchmark

                  it's a useful working tool only if it has 1Tb/512gb
                  for being priced like a $450 laptop

                    TechDevil, 02 Oct 2024Se has a different form factor with single camera. SE4 will have a measly single wide camera (it should come with UW but this is Apple we're talking about). As for screen, it should come with a OLED panel with decent brightness. As for certifications, I'm expecting HDR10+ or the standard HDR10 and likely no Dolby Vision. 60hz of course. As for performance, A18 and AE1580 is where it will clash. E1580 is the slower chip of course but A56 having telephoto, good thermals and 120hz will likely sway more people into buying A56.

                          Let’s hope those are A720 cores. The gap between flagship SoC and mid range ones are quite ridiculous, with many mid rangers are still on A78 or even A76 cores.

                          But if the phone is still over 200g, not interested. Getting sick of these bulky and heavy ODM design.

                                      I hope Samsung will implement "real" fast charging for this upcoming model, A series have been left behind by its direct Chinese competitors in this sector.

                                        Really had it with the 5000mah batteries, efficiency I know doesn't solely depend of battery's capacity buh I've had it.Why ? coz this going to come with it....from my calculations and assumptions not withstanding my theories the Galaxy S27 ultra is going to begin the new trend of a higher battery capacity among the Samsung catalog.
