Negatives
•Extreme expensive
•No charger in the box, stolen by Xiaomi!
•Not better than regular 14 Series but same pricing
•Plenty of better alternatives to it
•15 series are coming (Probably no charger again)

Just to mention 13T Pro uses UFS 4.0 not 3.1. And i'm really pissed off from Xiaomi trade policy in my country - for preorder you are getting as bonus some cheap bluetooth speaker, when in most markets they give you tablet or/and charger . And the most funny thing is that vanilla Xiaomi 14 wich is superior in every aspect compared to 14T Pro are at the same price.

In my opinion, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which can be had for around 1000 USD/Euro nowadays, would represent a much, much, much better value proposition than the 14T pro , which demands over 800 Euro.
The cameras are just so much better, and hey, what other reason would one have to invest that much money in an advanced Xiaomi model than for its cameras?
The vanilla 14T might be a different story because it never really wanted to be a camera-flagship and with 600 bucks it is definitely in a very different league than the Ultra version.
So, whoever has 800 spare bucks to spend on a cameraphone, will probably be able to afford a 1000 Euro true flagship cameraphone.

Arendator, 06 Oct 2024Why would one pay the price of a Mercedes for some Aeolus H... moreStill, that doesn't change the fact that the Chinese ODMs, Wingtech, InOne and Huaqin design and manufacture both Apple and Samsung devices, as well as accessories by Chinese manufacturer Aohai for both Apple and Samsung to be sold officially.
Most smartphones are priced by brand name, at this point.

I no longer buy or follow Xiaomi. Had two bad experiences in a row. Reviews from gsmarena are no longer my go-to reviews.

Thanks, I don't need this j*nk
You can change the name of your system, but you won't change the quality of its performance. A shell with a lot of pre-installed j*nk. Updates that can crash your device. Poor network reception. Hardware defects in almost every model. Proximity sensor that doesn't work. Thank you xiaomi, you lose.

I had a Xiaomi 14 for around 6 months although the hardware was OK a few things annoyed me which made me get rid of it.
Software - the bloatware is ridiculous yes you can turn off MSA and debloat via ADB however why should I have to do that?.
You can't take scrolling screenshots on Google Chrome and have to use the native browser which is full of spyware. The same could be said of Google suite apps but I don't want to use Mi Browser just to use scrolling capture. Other browsers such as Brave also do not support the function.
5G reception is really bad where I live so I turn it off, however each time I reboot the device 5G turns itself on.
Unable to view videos recorded in slomo on other devices Further to this any video recorded in slomo can only be viewed on the Mi gallery app. Other gallery apps installed on the device will not be able to view the video in the recorded format.
Call quality / reception was bad people on the other end of the call constantly told me I sounded rebotic.
Too many annoyances and weird system behaviour will keep me from buying a Xiaomi phone a d use it as a daily driver.
I have a Poco M4 as a backup phone which was bought extremely cheap and I use every now and then.

MasEnha, 07 Oct 2024If you don't mind with 4 feets cable, why did you make... more... because it completely changes the experience. Because the jack is quite stable when inserted, but the USB-C wasn't made to be yanked around too much. Because I have to deal on the exterior with something that was in the interior in the first place, and "if it ain't broke don't fix it". Because basically all converters I've had, had the connecting cable way to thin and fragile. Because it's a thing I have to pay for it, and for the good ones, I have to pay more. Also, the external DAC-s are bulky and people that are using it, keep searching for a practical solution to use them, not to mention that you have to charge them separately and be concerned about the battery status.
A jack socket is just that. Connect the headphones you like, and you're good to go.
But it wat too simple and too cheap, and the corporations wanted to gain more money selling crap.

As you said, it's 2024 and most of the phones between 450 and whatever-how-expensive, are perfectly usable. I could live with any of those for 2 or 3 years without looking left or right. What most of the phones are missing, is the jack - and that pisses me off.
Generally... if you want something, you'll need to ask for it, because no one is around guessing, and maybe they don't even want to give that to you. So let the guys asking for what they want. Its not for you to put a gag on that.
