I hope youtube will split out shorts to a separate app, so my kids can have youtube and not be exposed to shorts.
Youtube kids is not an option. It's just awful.

Still there is a lot of useless ads.
Glad the adblocker for PC versin still works and for the phones there are some adblocking brownsers i am using.

It would be great if they separate the shorts from "normal" YouTube. So that those who hate them can avoid them altogether
