Apple refreshes iPad mini with A17 Pro chip, double the base storage and Wi-Fi 6E

          I had the previous model, 2021 for short time, before I sold it.
          It was too big to hold it like I hold my iPhones, and too small to view content on it. Also it has IPS display. No matter how good the Apple IPS displays are (and they are good), Oled display are still better for watching content. In many times I just ended up watching videos/movies on my iPhones (Max variants).
          The only thing I use it for, was for Apple Arcade games. Because with two hands it was easier to clutch than something like iPad Air/Pro and also you see relatively more content than on iPhone.

          But, to pay 500EUR for a device, just to play Apple Arcade games (which by the way, they become really bad lately, just mobile games without ads and in app purchases, nothing original anymore), was not worth it for me.
          Is better to buy something like Nintendo Switch or Steam Deck, for portable gaming. And the games are a lot better than anything Apple Arcade is offering now.

          But, this was my use case scenario. Maybe some other people can find an actual use for this iPad Mini. I couldn't.

              why the hate tho? it's perfectly sized. enough power & performance. yes but the 60hz is unacceptable. connectivity & io is good. ofcourse don't buy immediately, wait for some discounts. overall a decent package.

                      All consumer product, electronics, computer have always been at a way higher price in EURO. sometime 200e more from dollar price !

                      allegedly for " currency strength vs dollar, shipping and co"
                      If customer in Europe boycotted this shif*t.
                      They would have give " dollar vs euro conversion price "
                      You can see it clearly with amazon products, difference in price between regions !


                        I've grown too old and too tired to complain about Apple anymore.

                        What I can say is though is that I disagree with their decision to market the mini as a non-Pro model.

In the EU, VAT is already baked into the price. That said, the EU's VAT is HIGHER than US sales tax(and sales tax varies from state to state, even city to city within states).
