Will go for S26 only if their is some crazy upgrade like new Si/C battery tech giving huge boost to battery life, otherwise discounted S25 with SD chip would be best.

        Bummer because the dim 9400 is almost equal in performance in real world scenarios to the 8 elite while being cheaper

        There is slight difference in efficiency overall

        But I like the supposed 8 year software support that the 8 elite offers

              mawlki, 7 hours agoThis sucks for fold 7 users 🤣 I believe Samsung would continue using Snapdragon for their foldables.

                Alright, sweet. I believe it's confirmed. Exynos 2500 is having yield issue, and going Dimensity on just one of the model would create inconsistencies within the lineup. The only concern left is price increase, as it is inevitable if Samsung goes with Qualcomm.

                      nion, 7 hours agoI bought a new phone one year too early lol Should have wai... moreGlad I decided to skip upgrading last year , this year's chip looking very nice and add in that phones adding in 6000mah cherry on top , so much for the people saying reason the phones adding bigger capacity is to compensate for the power hungry new chip

                      It's not worth upgrading every year better going 2-3 years you ain't gonna notice the difference in real use but once I plan to keep for 2-3 years it's gonna take some to improve on this for next year imo

The vanilla and + versions had exynos in certain parts of the world and whole S23 series got snapdragonned.
                        For vanilla S22 it sucked. S24+ has good battery life, better then SD S23+ when on wifi.

                                For me Sd 8 elite and Dimensity 9400 are the same. And they are in real life performance. But price difference is 40$, so i would like to se Dimensity in my phone, and rest of the money invested in bigger battery.

                                      These new dark large lens housings look awfull on light case colors. Otherwise look good on grey or darker colors.

                                        It's good that Google has already left Samsung aside this year! If not, Google and its pixels would have eaten up those defective chips....
