TSMC discovers its chips made their way to Huawei products

I totally disagree with it too but it seems like any company that uses any American technology cannot supply Huawei. Products are so global now with tech from many countries but there is nearly always some American technology involved somewhere along the line. Don't know where these rules originated though or what the consequences would be if TSMC and other companies like ASML ignored them

              TSMC isn't American and most of the tech they use comes from ASML which is a Dutch company. So, what's Murica whining about it? If TSMC wants to make chips for Huawei, they can damn well do so.

                                  This all reminds me of that Elliot Rodgers meme about consent, where a man says he consents and a woman says he consents but the incel king says he doesn't, and the caption reads: "the myth of consent: isn't there somebody you forgot to ask?".

                                  TSMC wants clients, Huawei wants suppliers. The world police says no, tho.
