Plus, there is probably a bit of internal design overhaul due to the original plan using Exynos 2500 didn't pan out. That's already adding up the cost. Add on Samsung marketing, and their margins are already less when compared to Apple, understandable that some cost control measure had to be done

They have horrible support and joke use... moreApparently you don't use or use any of these brands, I used Xiaomi for 3 years, I never had a problem, I bought an S22, it was OK, but when I saw that the S24 was just an S23, and the S23 is no longer different from the S22, I went back to Xiaomi and I don't regret it for a second, I still have no problems and HyperOS is excellent, I prefer to have a different device every time I switch than keep recycling the same crap year after year, just like iPhone users do.
