      Most likely because the curved screen was pretty expensive, I rather have that money go to a good CPU (which I assume it did)

        I like it, especially the blue one, I will wait for the camera and battery review.

                        630USD for 12/256 is amazing. Making it cheaper than iPhone 16 and even S24 and even giving better specs.

This has a more expensive Snapdragon 8 Elite and it's only 300 yuan or ~30$ more expensive than the 12's base model. This is exceptional pricing if you compare it to everyone else.

                                    Price hike is not as bad as i thought, impressive. THIS is actually acceptable, no it's great! just wish they had either a larger battery or a qualcomm ultrasonic scanner as that's been tried and tested thoroughly.

                                    Really interested in the tests cus this display actually sounds monstrous, the IQOO 13 has been tested as having 1800 nits full field by some chinese reviewers, idk for sure but it sounds like the IQOO's display and this one are either the same or at least close considering both are 1440p. Hope this is actually super bright, unlike last year's one.

                                    I wonder though, how would these Goodix scanners compare to the Qualcomm scanners of the past? Would be interested in seeing which phones have a goodix scanner and which have a qualcomm one and most importantly, if there's any quality difference like speed or how good it can read wet hands. Would be cool if someone did a X90 Pro+ vs X100 Ultra vs X200 Pro test (im assuming the X200 Pro uses the same Goodix scanner as this).
