GSM fundamentally working with PC (server, R&D, services). Even sometimes our PC integrated with GSM (modem).

If there are no reviews, well then i do what you said, but well, at the end i probably go for a product and try it my self, if i do not like it, or feel it will be crappy, i give it back.

Compiling, building stuff is quite slow on mac, multitasking also slower, switching between multiple heavy load programs, browser is also slower. Even on video editing mac is not that faster. It's ridiculous that 800€ 5 year old desktop pc beats one of top^^ notch macs...any 2000€ desktop pc with some specialized gpu will beat into arse any mac..probably it's okay to use mac are for ios app development( yea democratic^^ apple mandate to use mac for ios dev).Maybe it's quite ok for yt editors and etc, places where you need it for mandate or mobility and long battery life..But else it's very mediocre device for the price..

Like, they said it themselves, if Intel really wants to be considered as an option they need to make an exceptional leap this year compared to AMD, otherwise why would anyone want to invest in an Intel chip that can just fail later on?
I used to consider Intel, not anymore.

jiyen235, 02 Nov 2024Intel and AMD have been quite shady for the past few years ... morewhile HU is mostly good and credible but the last intel core ultra i didnt agree at all with them. shady marketing is always part of tech companies marketing overhyped their new products like i said.
why i dont agree with them? they always complain how intel 14th gen is power hungry beast and when intel finally make efficient chip and its their first gen too after moving from monolith silicon design and they forget about that. performance degradation is expected although if intel can at least maintain same performance as 14th that would be better but well, they failed. but intel still should be compliment because after so many years doing little for their product now they are trying something new. and that competition from ryzen push them from their comfort zone.
and what make worse HU flaming ryzen 9000 series because little improvement performance from 7000 series but ryzen 9000 series much more efficient than 7000series. its hard to make cpu that efficient and perform better and that why intel arrow lake worse than 14th gen. but intel is trying new, its like zen1 few years back. so bashing intel with new silicion design is really bad take IMO. while i dont like LTT as well lately, but appreciated linus defending 9000 series what alienated him from other viewer like HU,GN,etc. and they are speaking about how 9000 series seem bad now look good after intel arrow lake launch because in fact making new cpu with efficient power is not as simple as that.

Anonymous, 01 Nov 2024"Maya runs sh*t on mac because of lack of hardware acc... moreIt does, but ARM is still an infant in full blown desktop/laptop calculations and apple only brags about it being the best while not close to true. In reality, there are a lot of variables that are not solved in ARM architecture, that apple, of course, avoids to talk about when doing some marketing. One does not need much time to think after it takes down the apple "we are the best" vail and take a look at the real cpu. The one that throttles down very fast with not much load because of heat, or the same one that is not replaceble, or also the same one that will never be able to work properly under heavy load, like gaming or servers. So you see, apple is not that great once you are not blinded by their marketing. So that guy you were replying to might not be the brightest, but at least he speaks his mind, what is your excuse to be ignorant to everything else but apple?
