                    Such companies fought hard in the beginning to persuade courts that mobile devices shouldn’t be considered as computers. On most PCs and laptops, one can have many store fronts like Steam, GoG, Epic, EA, etc … in addition to other physical and digital media options. There is also no restriction on the payment method used. There is usually an option to change the whole OS as well. Should be the same for smartphones and tablets.

                    A USB or printed Private Signing key should be included with any purchased computing device including smartphones and tablets allowing the buyer to load software of choice on their own device should they choose to do so!
