          Here, ladies and germs, is the unfiltered reason Apple "Intelligence" won't launch in the EU until April next year. It has nothing to do with GDPR as these sites tends to claim. The plan is to "exclude" the gatekeeper software update from this known investigation. Not sure if Vestager and von der Leyen are this gullible.
