And I say this... the problem is not using a weaker chip but the price, look at Realme and Redmi offerings. 350 dollars for 8 gen 3, $500/600 for 8 Elite. How can Nothing compete with that? Chances are Nothing 3 Pro will have a 500 dollar phone with 8s Gen 3 or even 600 for 8 gen 3. For 650 you could get Redmi magic with 8 Elite.
It's hard for a small manufacturer to compete since they don't have the sales volumes to reduce the cost of production.

The 2a Plus is basically useless because it's just a minor improvement over 2a. I don't have any problem if the upcoming lineup are Nothing 3, Nothing 3a, CMF 2, no need for 3a Plus whatever.

Ak , 01 Dec 2024Camera quality not good It's terrible in india when you try order something like a cab or food online, our government got their own satellite which is owned by the Navy it connects to Android seemless but location grabbing is a dounting In iPhones, mostly embarrassing, sometime making Online payment or Booking based on location can be life threatening also. Many cab driver ask me to show the phone just for nothin. So these tiny start up brands which are Google undertaking are only rescue as pixels has TPU based SOC. And the upper class is really inexistent on ground here.
So the point is as long as the camera Rockz barcodes yo Rock.
