It's all about the apps. How can you play games with a qwerty phone. Majority of people who buy smartphone use it to call, SMS , check email, surf and most important of all and which is very hard to do on a blackberry phone, play games! Windows phone aka nokia will be next if their apps do not improve!

I think Blackberry must partner with Google... To make a better OS...

But it will be better if all brands will joint force to make an ultimate phone that will satisfy the needs of the people...

        Make the ultimate Android phone!

I love blackberry software, but sadly they don't listen to their customers. They only listen their product designer. They thinks that their product designer represents the customer. Wrong. Take a look at their slanting keypad, it's very difficult to look at it on a level view. You have to tilt it sideways to get a viewing angle and it too narrow. Try typing with combination of alphabet and numerics, who can type faster with it? Not all blackberry users can. I think only 5% of blackberry user can do fast typing on the keyboard. What a shame, they have been manufacturing tiny phones ever since stone age. I respect the software only.

One thing that might save Blackberry is making their phone, even the ones with full qwerty keyboards Android based. The could either go the kindle route and not offer the play store on it or, more realistically just go the Samsung route and Add a lot of additional software. There won't be Samsung's bloatware though, it would add every office apps that defines blackberry. Don't know what these are though, never used one.

Samsung probably buys it for a BlackBerry OS(since they don't have a practical OS) and kills off the brand later
