Some mention problems with google support, others mention less capable chipset, but i will add that i will never buy phone that costs that much. Its not even about having the money or not, devices like that are simply not worth it, especially the price difference compared to phones that cost roughly 500 $/€/£.

When folding phones were prototypes and were mentioned as a concept, there was a general understanding that folding phones would be available across all price ranges and that in time the price difference would become smaller and smaller. So we hoped that after 5-7 generations we might get to choose between a regular midranger of 350 euros and a foldable counterpart of, lets say, 450 euros. And let the rich decide if they wanted to buy regular flagship for 1000 euros or foldable one for 1200 euros. How wrong were we. And to put an insult to injury, even those "flagship fildables" either come with old chipset, trash cameras, impractical screen sizes or small battery, or some combination of those.

On paper, it's a really compelling product, but I wouldn't get it when the camera experience and the general software experience is problematic.

So, now a feature phone like huawei are also getting a survey poll?

I thought gsmarena only writes article about smartphone.

This phone is getting good early reviews on the build and camera. However, it is still thicker than the V3 and it is expensive with a 7nm processor that is 2-3 years behind. Considering most people here push specs over actual user experience, this phone is already behind the competition.

BTW, can anyone explain why damaged Huawei foldable panels are referred to as liquid leaks?

Great hardware for sure, but if I'm spending this much, I'm not sure if I'd like to make compromises with the software without Google, but it's still good to see Huawei releasing great hardware, and software too - even if it's not for everyone
