Is 8 Elite's CPU really better ?

        I think must mak it 3 + 5 figar and with ferqunci 3*4 gh and 5* 3.63 Gh even , 8 Elite 2 can't reach power this 😁

              The answer is "No"
              Config with 2 big cores exists since long time !

              The configuration with 2 big cores and more than 4 little cores exists since Helio X20...(2A72+8A53)
              Standard Arm configuration didn't allow this ! It allows things like 4+4, 2+4, 2+2...Mediatek did 2+4+4 (in 20nm X20 had far less problem compare to Snapdragon 810 and his 4 big cores! 808 is a 2+4 solution)
              Other 2+6 configurations exist since long time...it's something Arm allows since DynamIQ (big.LITTLE improvement) and cortex A75/A55, you got it on Snapdragon 710 or Helio P90, Helio G80, or Unisoc T606...with A76/A55 and soc like G90, with A78/A55 on Dimensity 7050, with A715/A510 on Dimensity 7200

              Qualcomm invented nothing on those core configuration...

              Mediatek changed for many technical reasons.
              X9xx are bigger than X2, X3, X4
              That's why 9400 used 1 X925+3 X4+4 A720.
              Using this config is possible because X925, X4 and A720 are all ArmV9.2 cores
              With X930 it's no longer possible as it is ArmV9.4, you can only mixed it with A730 or A530.
              Using 4 X930 isn't a solution according thermals and costs

                  All great Chip but not rootable

                    Now do the same thing for all cores to run 4GHZ and use 10 watts or less, then I’ll be impressed.

                    Also it has to be all performance cores.

The 2+6 CPU architecture is also used by Qualcomm in its Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.

                        Qualcomm named their custom cores "Phoenix". Arm custom cores afaik have never been named, so imo a DCS invention,
                        Really the 10/2025 Arm nomenclature leaked by Mediatek

                        Just one other point even if you accept that Mediatek see a future in copying Qualcomm this now puts it behind Snapdragon 8 elite
