                It was plenty fast, except when it decides you can't use the fingerprint, but it doesn't activate the screen, so you have to fully adjust your grip to push the power button and put in your patterns. That SUX

                      No, they do not have the best hardware for fingerprint unlocking. Yes, it's ultrasonic, which is great, but it's small. Nothing like the Qualcomm 3D Sonic Max on some vivo devices, which should be used in any and all $800+ flagship devices.

                            I am considering selling my S24+ because i have dry fingers and the ultrasonic reader cannot read my fingertips. The "worse" optical readers work much better with my fingers. Not really hoping that this gets fixed like ever. Tldr, ultrasonic fingerprint reader are s**t.

                                  Seems like you can unlock it with anything that looks like a finger. I'd better have slower, but more accurate scanner.

                                    Meh
                                    When you use the fingerprint, the phone will remember it and then you can unlock it even by just tapping it
                                    But leave your phone turned off for a while and it will go back to the slow reading

                                      One thing I don't like about OneUI is the lack of haptic feedback when unlocking. Just vibrate upon unlocking like every other OEM!

                                        Features are looking good l!!!

                                        While I'm no hater against ai in general, i pray i can fully disable Gemini and all undoing and hooks & jooks! I simply hate Google's implementation of ai and want the same boring features as every other phone comoany out there as shown in 2024!!
