Based on numbers a smart person would ditch the folds alltogether and focus on traditional phones.
Based on numbers a smart person would ditch the S+, and focus on improving the base S and Ultra.
    Samsung ain't smart.

justasmile, 03 Jan 2025See, nobody would've given a damn for the Exynos switch. Most people don't. Hard to believe here in our little echo chamber, but that's the reality.

The S24 Ultra, where I live, costs 1000 dollars now. Back when i bought my S22 Ultra around the same time, it cost 1200 dollars for the same configuration. The S23 Ultra last year cost 1100 dollars. Samsung is smart, there's a reason why profits aren't soaring. They lower prices and get higher sales. They also have great deals. That's why Chinese phones have low sales, if Samsung is regarded as being better and it costs 200-500 dollars less at times, why wouldn't you buy?

                        Great achievement of Samsung 👍

7 OS upgrades policy has big role on increasing sales of Samsung flagship.

So, thats why no 7 OS upgrades = no buy.

See, nobody would've given a damn for the Exynos switch.

                            Would you look at that!

It's like getting rid of the curved screen increased the sales, so the people who wanted a top tier device with a flat flat screen defaulted to the Ultra instead of the Fold!

But every year someone says Samsung will go bankrupt 😅
