Rolly Ghiz, 04 Jan 2025True, but would you be willing to pay an extra $100 just fo... moreI personally absolutely would. But lets be realistic, they could at least offer 5 years of updates as it is without increasing the price instead of 2-3. But if they have to charge extra, then they'd need to offer at least 7 years. Especially now that phones are generally usable for longer compared to how garbage they were in the early days of smartphones and how quickly they became too slow. That happens way slower now and having software side up to date with the security things as well as features is a good thing to have.

Again weaker battery for global users, not to mention Hyper os without 90% stuffs compared to China counterpart. Don't be foolish by specs on paper, Poco is always like that, but in reality, when u go under the surface, is far worse. Go for Realme, OnePlus, Tecno...

In my opinion, Mi phones are all about flashy, well-marketed features that hide a bloat-filled phone that I think even auto-creates Mi ID's.
What about Poco? Can existing owners confirm if its any different? Can a Sony/ LG user take Poco and expect a clean interface?
